Joseph Novella, Jr. a native of Connecticut, has been working as a builder and developer for over 25 years, primarily in new construction single family homes and multifamily community development.

In 2006, with his partner John Mazur, Joe opened Green Star Insulation, a company dedicated to making the homes we live in more energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

Joe is a BPI, Building Performance Institute, certified Building Analyst and works with builders and developers to implement High Performance and Energy Star rated homes.
