SoundWaters 13th Annual Tall Ships Ball - Volunteer Opportunities

SoundWaters is recruiting volunteers to help with running the Silent Auction and other tasks the night the event, also we are looking for volunteers to help set up the auction the day before the event.

As a special Thank You for helping out with the Tall Ships Ball, all volunteers will be given two tickets for any SoundWaters Public Sunset Sail during the 2008 sailing season!

 

Friday, May 2 ^th from 10:00am to 5:00pm – Volunteers are needed to assist in setting up for the Ball - at Riverside Yacht Club.

Saturday, May 5^th - Volunteers are needed to assist in running the Silent Auction and other tasks the night the event the night of the Ball from 3:30pm to 11:00pm at Riverside Yacht Club. 

Volunteers to are asked to be at the Riverside Yacht Club, no later than 4:00pm on the day of the event.  If you are interested in volunteering, but cannot be at the club by 4:00pm, please let me know and we can work something out.

Dinner will be provided for Volunteers before the Ball begins from 4:00-4:45.  Volunteers will have an area to take a break and keep their belongings.
