Cancellation Policy:

Captain cancels:  If the captain cancels a sail due to weather, you may book another date or have your money refunded.  Cancellations are made on the day of the sail, by the Captain, and can be made up to 1 hour prior to sail time.

If it is raining or the weather looks threatening the day of your sails, please call the schooner hotline at (203) 406-3333 to confirm if we will be sailing.

Passenger cancels: No refunds, all sales are final.  However please note the following:

• If you need to cancel your reservation please call 203 406 3335 at least two business days prior to sail and we will issue a credit for a future sail.

Ticket Change Policy:

• If you need to change your reservation prior to sail please call 203 406 3335 at least two business days to see if your request can be accommodated or we will issue a credit for a future sail.
• If your change is from the afternoon sail to the sunset sail you will be asked to pay the additional $10 per ticket fee at the dock (to the full sunset sail price).
• If your change is from the sunset sail to the afternoon sail, we regret that we can not refund the difference, but will give you a $10 credit per ticket towards a future sail (2014 sailing season only).
• If you need to change your reservation within 2 business days please call 203 406 3335 to see if your request can be accommodated. If it cannot be accommodated, we regret that we can not offer credit for a future sail.
