The SoundWaters Center is located less than 5 minutes from I-95 exit 9 in Stamford,  CT :

From the North

• Take I-95 South to Exit 9
• At the light at the end of the exit ramp, turn left
• Turn right at the first light (Seaside Avenue)
• Seaside Ave ends at Cove Road
• Turn left at the light onto Cove Road
• Follow Cove Road to the end (and the entrance of Cove Island Park)
• Park in the parking lot and walk across any of the footbridges onto the Island
• Once on the Island turn left
• We are the large white house just past the playground and pavilion.

From the South

• Take I-95 North to Exit 9
• Turn right at the light at the end of the ramp (Seaside Avenue)
• Seaside Ave ends at Cove Road
• Turn left at the light onto Cove Road
• Follow Cove Road to the end (and the entrance to Cove Island Park)
