Let the School Year Begin!

Turn of River Middle School started off the SoundWaters 6th grade Watershed Experience last week. The 6th grade students performed water quality experiments, used seine nets to catch animals along the shores of Long Island Sound, learned the morphology of local live animals, including horseshoe crabs, sea stars, oyster toad fish, and explored Holly Pond by canoe.
