Schooner SoundWaters is back in Stamford

The Schooner returned to her home port in Stamford Harbor on Sunday after a long winter out of the water.  Her crew has been taking advantage of the nice weather days to finish rigging the boat and using the not so nice weather days to work on  the Science on the Sound lessons for the students who will come aboard starting next week.  The Schooner education season is starting and before it ends in October, over 6,000 students will have studied on-board SoundWaters. 

For all of you who wish you were still in school, the Schooner’s public sail season will begin on Memorial Day weekend.  We look forward to seeing you on board.
