Feeding time! Who’s hungry??

After the weekend, all of the animals in the SoundWaters aquarium are ready to eat! Today one of our high school interns prepared a delicious meal for the animals. Starting with some of our baby animals, our intern fed them brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and some veggies. For some of our smaller fish, like our juvenile porgies and sea robins, they were given tiny pieces of scallops. The larger animals, including our horseshoe crabs and flounder, enjoyed scallops, shrimp, and pieces of silversides. Overall a successful feeding day!
