Autumn Lauria, Young Mariners Coordinator
Autumn has been a dedicated member of the SoundWaters team since 2022. Starting as a full-time educator, Autumn quickly became passionate about fostering a love for the water and the environment through the Young Mariners program. In 2024, Autumn took on the role of Coordinator of Young Mariners and is excited to help shape the next generation of sailors and stewards of the Long Island Sound. One of Autumn’s favorite parts of the job is watching Young Mariners develop new skills, build confidence, and create lasting memories on and off the water. With a strong focus on mindfulness to create an engaging learning environment, Autumn strives to ensure every student has an experience that’s both educational and inspiring!
