Jade Thompson, Young Mariners Coordinator

Jade joined the SoundWaters team in 2024 as the Program Support Coordinator and quickly became an essential part of the Young Mariners family. Passionate about youth leadership and outdoor learning, she stepped into the role of Young Mariners Coordinator this past summer. Jade loves watching campers grow more confident each day—discovering new skills, building friendships, and finding their love for the water. You can always find Jade with her walkie in hand, greeting campers every morning with a smile and positive energy to start the day.
