Program Details:
We are thrilled to partner with you for the 6th grade Watershed Science program this year. Below includes information on all program components. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
All students MUST take the pre-survey. Some teachers have assigned it as homework if computer time is difficult to set up. Computer access is needed for this as the survey is online. Each school will receive an individual link with the survey via email.
Program Goals:
Increase students’ knowledge of watershed systems & Long Island Sound specifically; Engage 6th grade students in meaningful experiences in the Long Island Sound watershed; Support & amplify science standards by drawing upon NOAA data.
