STEM Academy 2015

On Monday, the 2015 STEM Academy kicked off with a great start! 31 registered students from several of Stamford’s public schools arrived here at SoundWaters ready to learn. The Academy’s four week program has many exciting activities and opportunities for these rising 5th grade students.

Over the past five days, students have gone on Schooner SoundWaters, used scientific testing equipment, completed a population study of the Rocky Shore habitat, and began building their very own aquarium!
