What kind of crab lives in a snail shell?

Our SoundKids preschoolers are learning so much about the animals of Long Island Sound! These students at Palmers Hill have been hard at work investigating all there is to know about spider crabs and hermit crabs. In addition to knowing exactly how to hold a spider crab, they can tell you all about camouflage, what a scavenger eats, and how a hermit crabs makes its home in a shell. They are also some very talented artists!
