Turn of River Middle School started off the SoundWaters 6th grade Watershed Experience last week. There are only two more weekends left in the Schooner SoundWaters 2015 Public Sail Season. This weekends weather looks beautiful and the few available tickets can be purchased here. We hope to see you out for one last sail this year on the Schooner SoundWaters!

Many thanks to XL Catlin for all your hard work yesterday! After a long summer of camp and education programs the Coastal Education Center walls got a good scrubbing, gravel was spread on the walkway, and a ton of yard work was completed. Thanks so much for all your hard work!

Today, SoundWaters was proud to host a professional development day for 32 middle school science teachers from Stamford Public Schools. We challenged them to catch creatures from the Long Island Sound, solve a water quality mystery, complete a scavenger hunt from aboard a canoe, and compete in a sailing regatta.
