Thank You LISOT Team for Sailing with our After School Sailors

About a month ago the LISOT team of youth advanced racing sailors came and practiced with students from the SoundWaters middle school sailing program.  Big thank you to the team for leaving their own practice to teach our students about the racing aspect of sailing!

Good Luck Graduates!!

This spring, 17 high school students from Norwalk,Darien, Greenwich, Scarsdale, and Weston, logged over 2400 hours helping over 2000 students study the Long Island Sound! We wish them all the best of luck as they head off to newer and bigger adventures!!

Manorhaven Elementary school navigating in Manhasset Bay

The 4th graders from Manorhaven Elementary school are navigating their way through Manhasset Bay this afternoon. Their estimated position from several lines of sight was with in 1/8th of a nautical mile from the GPS position.
