SoundWaters HarborFest is an event that promotes the beauty, utility, and growing accessibility of the Stamford Harbor. It will feature environmentally friendly activities and health and wellness exhibitors. The goal is to educate people about the ecology of the Harbor, promote environmentally aware healthy lifestyles and showcase activities that protect the Long Island Sound. One of the activities is the Village.
At the SoundWaters HarborFest Village, exhibitors will have the opportunity to showcase and sell products and services to their target audience. We estimate to have 3,000 to 5,000 visitors who will be excited to learn about environmentally friendly and health related local businesses and the many other activities going on at the one day event. We’d be excited to have your company participate as one of the exhibitors because we think you’re a great fit for the Village and the event in general.
Your cost would be $550 for a 10′ x 10′ exhibitor space. One 6′ table and two chairs are provided. Tents and tablecloths are not provided.
The complete overview of SoundWaters HarborFest can be found below. Please complete Exhibitor Registration Form (page 5) and return to Tammi Ketler before August 15, 2019 to confirm your participation. All exhibit space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
For further information, please contact Tamara Ketler at 203 531 3047 or tamara@tmk-eventmarketing.com
