Rogers 6th graders begin their investigation!

An intrepid team of 6th grade students from Rogers International School just began a project that will continue through the rest of their school year. On a trip to SoundWaters, they learned about coastal habitats, collected data on conditions in Long Island Sound and explored the adaptations that enable local animals, like the horseshoe crab, to thrive in their environment. The data that they and other 6th graders in Stamford collected will then be used in their study investigating the impacts of humans on the Sound. We can’t wait for the results of their hard work!
