Cleanup Day Results!

83 volunteers picked up a total of 229 pounds of trash during yesterday’s Coastal Cleanup at SoundWaters. Stamford Hurricane Gate closed for maintenance

The Stamford Hurricane Gate will be closed for an extended period of time while they do maintenance.  Fortunately the schooner SoundWaters is docked outside the gate at Brewers Yacht Haven.

Schooner SoundWaters comes home

The schooner SoundWaters is headed in the East Branch of Stamford Harbor past the Hurricane Barrier. The crew had an early morning start today to catch the fair tide through Plum Gut and into Long Island Sound. We’ll be in Port Jefferson tomorrow through Labor day. Come on down and go for a sail!
