We had a great sail with Old Saybrook Youth and Family Services this afternoon.

The Schooner is making good time east bound towards Saybrook. In fact we are making such good time the captain decided to take the scenic route through the Thimble islands.
Help SoundWaters introduce the animals and ecology of Long Island Sound to adults and children at environmental festivals this fall. After several days in Bridgeport the schooner SoundWaters is heading to Milford for this weekends Milford Oyster Festival. While motoring past Stratford Point we picked up another bunch of Mylar balloons.

The Schooner SoundWaters crew noticed a large bouquet of balloons during our transit from Port Jefferson to Bridgeport. After a minor course change we picked it up. Maybe next year when they are celebrating their 22nd birthday they will hold on to their balloons.
