Great trawl today

The campers from Cold Spring Harbor Boat club had a great trawl today. Not only did they pull up this ginormous fluke, they also pulled up 5 horseshoe crabs, 4 mantis shrimp, 3 large scups, 2 sea robins, and 3 window pane flounder.

SoundWaters STEM Academy Hydroponics Experiment!

SoundWaters STEM Academy participants began their hydroponics experiment today! Students discussed alternative ways to grow plants and food, measured soil levels, chose seeds and began their plant journal. Check back to see the growth!
